General Banquet Information:

Desposits:

A non-refundable deposit would be required in order to secure your event date.

$ 250.00 - Parties of 25 up to 70
$ 500.00 - Parties of more than 70 or require the "Great Room"

In the event of cancellation, your deposit will only be refunded if the entire space you reserved is re-booked by another party. Rooms cannot be guaranteed until receipt of deposit.

Service Charges:

All events are subject to an 18 % Service Charge (unless otherwise specified) and 10 1/4 % Sales Tax. This service charge is used to compensate all employees who work your event, (who are paid hourly). Any additional "tips" are left to the discretion of the customer and are greatly appreciated.

Private Rooms:

North Room - Up to 80 guests
South Room - Up to 70 guests
Chicago Room - Up to 60 guests
East Room - Up to 50 guests
Great Room - Up to 150 guests

Depending on the date and time of your event, a minimum of 25, 35, or 75 guests are required in order to guarantee you a Private Room at the time of booking, however, smaller groups are welcome with a semi-private or possible private accommodation if available.

Menus:

Menu selections must be made a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event date

Final Counts & Payment:

Your final number of guests must be guaranteed no less than 3 days prior to your event. If a guaranteed guest count is not received, the guaranteed count indicated on the event contract will be the number used. The entire balance is due at a specified time prior to your event. Please discuss with your party planner. If you wish to settle with a personal check, the balance must be paid at least one week in advance.

Miscellaneous Menus

Colletti's will accomodate anyindividuals attending your party with dietary restrictions, from the menu of their choice. This must be discussed at the time of your final count.

Entertainment & Decorations:

Please inform your party planner if you are hiring outside entertainment. A dance floor will be provided upon request.

Colored linen napkins can be ordered for an additional $ .50 cents per guest.

Banquet Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 11:00am to 11:00pm
Fridays: 11:00am to Midnight
Saturdays: 12:00pm to Midnight
Sundays: 12:00pm to 10:00pm
